  1. The Navy is atrocious with east coast cyclogenesis.
  2. I haven't seen a ton of consistency on the exact handling of all the energy yet. But, none of the combinations have produced anything all that exciting lately.
  3. I would love that dual low strung out look but further west
  4. i guess it's all relative. the mean still goes east of the cape, vs inland.
  5. Indeed. Although I forgive anyone for following this one more closely at a longer lead, given the qpf being spit out by multiple models.
  6. You guys are just using all the crappy models though. I'm using my JMA/NOGAPS/UKMET blend, and I'm really hoping we can get a bump or two west over the next few days.
  7. meh...not that I think it will happen with this one, but we are talking about the model range when storms have still completely evaporated
  8. it did get captured, but unfortunately that means it is riding up over Connecticut
  9. meh, verbatim not sure it's going to end up that much better than the GFS from a practical standpoint.
  10. Definitely not...hugger is a bigger concern at the moment in modeling time
  11. It does finally close off at 129, but still...much later than the GFS
