Was just going to write...from one bowling ball to another. At least we're on the east side of this one for now. Better for the garden.

Thunder down here with that storm moving away from me to the east. More storms forming overhead and to the Northwest.

Installed on Memorial Day. Used it to cool off the bedroom for an hour each night before sleep time. Nice and cool every night so no need to keep it running.

"KOKX WILL BE DOWN FOR GENERATOR MAINTENANCE FOR APPROXIMATELY THE NEXT EIGHT DAYS"
This never makes sense to me. Generator is a backup system. They must have some kind of cutoff switch between the generator and the main power and system. Flip that switch and work on the generator while the radar is still operational.

Sump pump kicking on now. CANCELLED.

Lightning and thunder every couple of hours since 11:30pm. Looked like hail in one storm missed the house by less than a 1/4 mile at -11:40pm.

Nothing flowered around here this year. We lost all magnolias, forsythia and azaleas. Alll just went to straight leaves.
Magnolia are fantastic down here and up to at least Colchester. The one just NE of the Colchester green is glorious. Haven't been any farther north in the state in the past 3 weeks to know about other areas.

You are not seeing any squirrels??
Ever since we took down the Norway Maples in the yard about 6 years ago I haven't really seen too many squirrels. Always have chipmunks running around in the stone walls though.
