    No complaints about the storm here. Got a washout earlier and some periodic rain since. Few rumbles of thunder. Just not severe…though probably classifies as strong. We’re kind of a joke when it comes to severe weather…it’s just not our strength. We’re much better at variety.

    in Florida, this weather is called a Monday. The rain has been beneficial, though. Hoping to get a little clearing before the cold front pushed us back into winter for a day or two.

    That was an easy 0.5”+ downpour. That definitely cleaned up any remaining salt from the winter.

    Gulf of Mexico level rain shower here. Breezy but nothing crazy in Whittier. Not much thunder either.

    Temps feel great, at least. Planning to get out during lunch to enjoy it before the gusty line of showers moves thru later.

    Two of my friends texted me asking about the threat tomorrow. I’m like, bruh, I work on a federal healthcare IT contract, though ngl, I do have a decent track record on snowstorms (for my area) within my circle. I’m game for interesting weather.

    I don’t want prolonged cold weather, but for the sake of competition, I’m open to a hot vort that slides through southern/central Va with a transient hp overhead.

    Kind of a primo finish to the day...skies have cleared a bit, and the wind has settled down.

    Got one here. Was just on a work call and I can hear my balcony furniture rocking (wind here has been legit), have the lawn care company cranking outside, and then an Alexa notification (figured it was a wind advisory).
