    Beltway traffic is pure insanity. Never saw anything like it. I gave myself an hour and a half to go 8 miles on my first day of work down there. I ended up being 20 minutes late meeting my new supervisor. Luckily, she was very understanding.

    I ran 3 miles yesterday at about 6pm. It was 90 with a HI of 100. It didn’t really bother me since the sun was low in the sky. Anything over 3 miles probably would have been too much though.

    Was the guy injured at all? I wonder if he is pursuing compensation for his injuries. He may not have filed suit yet. His attorney may be trying to settle with your insurance company. If those negotiations fail, he may just file suit before the clock runs out. (3 years after the date of the accident, so 1 more year to go).

    Pull a weather report off WU, show that it was raining. Roads were slick, height of rush hour (time of incident?) and that it was just an unavoidable accident. No fault.
