    2014-15 was the last above normal season for me. I was down in Virginia for 2016-17 (got 1" down there that season), so it's been quite the snow drought for me too, especially with this area being a local screw zone recently.

    You think so? I was bullish on this past one. I just have a hard time getting excited for a wound up system here on Cape Ann. SST is near 50. Any easterly component off the water bumps up the temp. We need some frigid coastals or SWFEs.

    I share Ray’s dislike for the Miller A. I don’t do well in 90 percent of those. Granted, my location is especially hostile. Move just inland to say Woburn or west, you’ll still be able to get a sizeable event. Weenie me if you’d like. More often than not, a Miller A equals little snow here.
