I've seen enough of these threats pulled away with a 72 hour lead time, so I'm not going to get too excited, but the prospect of having a real 6+" snowfall is very enticing to me.

I'm just glad Mahomes turned the ball over 5 times. The one thing keeping my boy Brees in the conversation is that he's only got a single turnover all year. Well, that and probably shattering the QB accuracy and QBR records.

Absolute sleetstorm now in Germantown. All of the snow that accumulated on the trees is getting pelted off.

Sleet mixing in, may top out at 3.5" unless we get another round of snow.

Still straight heavy snow in Germantown. I went from 2" to 3" in a half hour, I anticipate easily breaking 4" if things don't change very quickly here.

Road report from Gaithersburg to Germantown driving on Frederick Rd and other roads. Main roads are fine but that's IT. Side roads, even semi-main roads, are TERRIBLE. I saw multiple cars spinning out, one car slid down a hill into another car, it's bad out there. Pictures for reference:

Don't do it. I'll share pictures in just a moment. But there are cars that are stuck on hills. Seriously, saw a car spin out and slide down a hill into another car near Blunt Road.

About to drive back from Gaithersburg to Germantown. Got pictures will report on road conditions.

3.5”. I was in the tiny low total spot on the map in Gaithersburg. Everyone around me got 2” more.

2” in Germantown. When it’s all said and done this may match any event I’ve had since moving here.
