    good site for obs tracking: https://mesowest.utah.edu/cgi-bin/droman/mesomap.cgi?state=OKX&rawsflag=3 click "time options" and set the refresh rate to 3 min. after you zoom in enough. you can also play around with the radius feature to get a wider map of obs
