No, this is the one that was rotating on the south side of Greater Birmingham and near Talladega 

TOG on near the ATL Airport 

Near Greenbriar neighborhood of SW Atlanta and East Point, GA 

This storm is confirmed on the ground. I used to live in this very area and it's confirmed with damage

New tornado watch for Southeastern Alabama, Southwestern Georgia, & a few counties in Northwestern Florida.
