  1. It is incredible the snow drought they are in. I know there has been many times through the many years I would watch DC get hammered and me get nothing to an inch. It would drive me so crazy and that is what it is doing to them right now in DC proper near subs.
  2. Don't make me go into JI MODE if we don't get SN+ Friday night.
  3. I'm just over there for any maps I cannot get and some, very little, thoughts and perspectives on what could happen. I never comment.
  4. After Friday/Saturday morning EURO goes on the rain train but plenty of time for that to change.
  5. @pawatchWhat bubbler said, and go ice fishing now LOL probably not strong enough ice to do it.
  6. I know the GFS stinks right now sorta but this went from a cutter to a coastal for next week:
  7. I'm not a long range guy, just a fun model chasing weenie but losetoa6 posted this over in the MA forum.
  8. I don't think the end of next week looks that bad. Once we get through the weekend hopefully a good thump, then warms again for a bit but think we will still have multiple chances coming up. Of course we could lose all of them and have no wins but let's see. I'll be out of the country March 12 to the 21 so book it now my major snowstorm. LOL.
  9. HAHA. Your on my wavelength now. I'm holding out hope for a 24-30" before we close the 2021 winter.
  10. GEEZ! Cashtown makes everything now even the AFD's: .NEAR TERM /THROUGH TONIGHT/... Steady snow has ended and Advisories lowered. An additional coating may be seen in some areas as bands of lighter snow showers traverse central PA ahead of upper trof. System was very consistent with 2 to 4 inch amounts common, and a 5 inch report at Cashtown.
  11. Hey now let's not wave the white flag yet LOL. My Superstorm 93 storm is coming in March.
  12. It must be in the Farmers Almanac then as far as the Horse Shedding Theory.
  13. We had snow in May last year. LOL. Yes, Met winter isn't over and either is my 24-30" with lollipops of 36" storm so winter to me is still in play through March, April, and May.
  14. It has been the Pacific train and the fact that Canada did not let us down. High Pressure after High Pressure to our north and the Pacific has come together well this winter without the true artic blast.
