They were closer in temps here over the weekend rain. I made comments many times about not thinking it would get that warm but in all fairness it did warm up significantly to my east

Maybe out to sea is better..than a warm inland storm. Gives more room for following event which has colder potential based on the last few storms I'd say our old saying of wanting the storm SE at this point is a good thing

I certainly understand the concept of venting when things aren't going well...I know I've done it and I am positive that my posts are mostly disruptive when I put them in the Long range thread although my motives are primarily to call out some of the clowns who are moaning and groaning....but I know that is not productive and is most likely equally annoying as the moaners. I pledge that from now on I will only troll Ji in this here thread....

OP runs seem awfully jumpy....I mean ridiculously so. GFS for example appears to be struggling mighty beyond a few days. Even the ensembles have some jump as well...quickly becoming a look out your window winter

Nov 15 is not winter. We had a snowstorm last week and a 2 hour event on Thursday. That's not an atmosphere that is always wanting to snow Your standards are pretty ridiculous but...you knew that. Its almost like you're a cartoon character. I know you're a good guy but sometimes your weather character is challenging

I like to look at it this way...if the atmosphere keeps showing us that it knows how to snow then I would prefer that to day after day of nada. Eventually something will pop.
