  1. First dry day here in a several though the "wet days" were just drizzle all day things. 61 and quite cloudy.
  2. HRRR's first shot at tomorrow highs. Holds the easterly influence for the LSV and East. 60's just to the East of the LSV as well as the higher elevations of the LSV.
  3. That is probably one of the better known ways to get your kids out from under your roof and on their own.
  4. He does make a living selling a form of ice so....
  5. Most of our recent snows have been borderline not so cold. Training is the true A/C King,
  6. Mine is on a few time's a day but mostly at night when everyone is home and more heat in the house. It would be uncomfortable without it at night but our Bedrooms are small and only one window so that may be part of the issue. We keep the temp on 70 at night. With n o wind in the evening, if its in the low 60's the temp in the house starts to rise without A/C.
  7. @Itstrainingtime, somehow I have been flagged with your crown. You can have it back.
  8. It would get up into the mid 70's at night if I did that here...when its in the 60's out.
  9. Pulled it out. I thought they should have challenged that DP Xander hit into. Looked like a tie at the base.
  10. Yea, for MDT. For us, I am definitely on the under. There is a decent chance we do not see any 80's but Friday may test it. Like I said, Sat looks like a frontal day now (sucks for doing stuff outside).
  11. I will take the under on the 84. A bit risky but have to pick a side.
  12. Well we all know models have underdone so I am not betting against you guys hitting 80 one or two days. I think Saturday looks a lot less likely and Wed is not looking super likely
  13. We shall see. Models are not as gung ho on 80's as you may be but we have seen them under cut too much a few times this year. Seems they are trending toward a faster front passage Friday night/saturday am now.
  14. We are stuck. Highs a bit over average and lows way over average (especially MDT). I think Wed night is going to be a great breath of fresh air for people who open windows. Could be a lot of 40's.
  15. Nam says to keep your low to mid 70's clothing on for Wed and Thur in the LSV...and a somewhat chilly (compared to now) Wed night.
  16. GFS has MDT below normal 6 or 7 days on a quick look. Could be totally wrong.
  17. GFS has Sun and Mon coming up and Sat would have been close were it not for a midnight high. Now does HIA destroy the chances for MDT? Very possible but for people not down wind from the HIA issues, both days could verify even with the GFS's close to normal numbers. Norms for Sun and Monday are 65 and 46/45. GFS has MDT getting to 62/45 on Sunday and 63/45 for Monday. EC is delayed with the cold front vs. the GFS. Looks to me that the CMC is below normal Mon-Wed.
  18. The gangsters have their own poll. They made millions when the Aggies won. People had bet straight up Bama win as a place to hold money. Now Vegas is holding it. ------- The undefeated and top-ranked Bulldogs catapulted past Alabama this week and are now the consensus favorites to win the national championship at U.S. sportsbooks. Georgia is 7-5 at Caesars Sportsbook, followed by Alabama at 2-1. Ohio State is next at 9-1, followed by Oklahoma (14-1), Iowa (20-1), Cincinnati (25-1) and Michigan (30-1).
  19. I would be more inclined to say 5-7. Its hard though as we have to take the full day normal re: if the high is 55 and the low 50, average it out.
  20. It was a back and forth momentum affair though I find it hard to commit 5 1/2 hours to watching a game.
  21. The Ray's interviews showed a lot of class in not complaining vs. saying it is what it is. I was impressed with how they handled it. Better than I would have. One point to add...assuming everything else played out exactly the same after the play but the ball stayed in the park and the Rays got the run, the Red Sox still win 6-5. Granted things may have played out differently after that point but still something to consider.
  22. A loss and give up so many points to a team led by backup QB. Bama was lucky to escape Florida. Defintely can argue Kentucky is the second best SEC team.
