  1. Well if that is the case, we just extend the HRRR. HRRRX to 384. Something for everyone at the hour, on the hour.
  2. Like streak, it was downright nice here yesterday. Sun and little wind. Felt good coming off the chilly Sunday. The sun makes all the difference between you and me, I guess
  3. The 6Z GFS is one of the worst runs of the winter...does that count or no because it is an off run? Cold never advances past the Upper Mid West.
  4. We only made it to 27. And it was 44 here yesterday afternoon. Big differences.
  5. Good post by RIC_WX on the MA Jan LR thread. I think their reference to it being a torch is over stated. Maybe balmy.
  6. Oh, I am not making a forecast just commenting that you are already below the HRRR predict. With that said, it keeps your temps within 3 degrees of the current temps all night.
  7. So Covid is the new excuse for having "used tissues" beside your computer?
  8. I think we may get D0'ed next week. On the cusp right now.
  9. Well red does not mean warm it just means not cold. On the plus side for them, latest model runs are not as warm on Christmas ranging from the mid 40's to the low 50's.
  10. Plenty of time but I call 12/30 midway through the second quarter. Halftime is 1/15. I am in the "March is not so great" group.
  11. Apparently some of the other model ensembles look a bit better a few days after this. This is just the Euro Op.
  12. Better watch what you wish for re: College Playoff!
  13. S/W parts of the area get bowling balled a week from now but the low minors out. I think someone on here mentioned that was something to watch for coming up.
  14. Omicron is only about 1% of the cases in PA right now. Did they confirm you had that variant? Almost all other cases are still Delta. Omicron is going to be our bigger issue in January and February.
  15. TT does not show soundings at that distance but take Cape May, NJ for example...the 2MM temps are above freezing.
  16. I did not look but I was having fun. I have it ...frequently posting things that only apply to the LSV.
  17. To me the statement of mild means slightly over seasonal. So if normal is 42, then 46 would be mild....seasonal but mild.
