  1. The many spots with no lines had me thinking that was a map readability tool to not have too many bubbles over top each other. My bad.
  2. The think the end of line coming off the bubble is the spot? Or am I wrong?
  3. It is just North of Caledonia in the higher elevations. Appears a little West of Pine Grove Furnace which ironically means the swimmers there are not dealing with too much heat. Note the upper 80's at that time in rural York and Lancaster counties. Again, cooler than their Northern brethren.
  4. GFS has good news going into August...after this Sunday. CMC mostly concurs.
  5. LOL, MDT just jumped from 84 to 88 five min post nooners. LOL Goodness. Now they have jumped from 84 to 90 in 15 min time. Maybe a wind change.
  6. Yea the Pen Mar is always cool and breezy slogan is showing its muscles today. Our HI at noon is only 84.
  7. We are banging 82/70 now. I was just out for 10 min and staying in the shade it is really not too bad. Weekend is going to be much worse I fear.
  8. 80 here at 11. I think my BN streak is toast. 90 is still a bit of a question. MDT 83.4 about to break to 84. They are the same as yesterday at this time. A bit of a surprise there.
  9. MDT reached 81 only ten min earlier than yesterday but then stayed there for an hour. Do not think that is the case today.
  10. HRRR has the the lower areas of the LSV and low lands to my west getting into the mid 90's. 90 for the tops here. I am at 76/67 right now. MDT 78/66 right now.
  11. Comfy 63 this AM. Does the BN streak break today?
  12. The MDT treatment. LOL. Actually after close inspection there is an 89.96 mixed in for MDT!
  13. The screen I am looking at could be wrong but still shows their high as 89.6. Technically 90 but a weak one. Just got back from tennis and frankly this was one of the best summer days I have ever played. Humidity is sparkling. Glad I got it in today vs. tomorrow.
  14. NOT! (Highlighted) MDT has still not passed 89.6. That will be a frustrating 90 if that is where they top. We have topped out at 86 and down to 85 now.
  15. Hopefully Main St running through Myra does not buckle like the tarmac in London.
  16. I think a great way to put it in perspective is that MDT had a stretch of 6+ 90 days just last year (7 of 8 days actually) along with one 5 day stretch and several 4 and 3 day stretches. The highest temp last year was 98.
  17. About where you should be this time of the year :-).
