    Easter Nooner...51 and wall to wall sunshine. Still a bit chilly in the shade.

    Happy Easter, The GFS has been backing off the "ring of fire" threat (long term at least) for several runs now...the GFS depiction is really pinned on the backdoor/ULL low scenario. There will be some snow in PA in that type of solution.

    GFS has a punishing freeze a bit over a week out from today. It is spurred on by a stalled ULL. 3-4 straight days below 30 for lows.

    Rgem does it again, the king of Spring cold. 27 here this AM. Surprised to the LSV littered with mid and upper 20's. Suggesting some more 20's tomorrow night in colder spots. Pillow is probably not going to have good news as to temps.

    Rgem has raised the stakes a tiny bit for tonight. Hard freeze for many. South Mountain being warmer with no valley cold.

    High of 49 today. 46 now. Outside water drained and turned back off

    The only model showing this possibility (that I noticed) is the Rgem but it seems to be the boss in this situation. If it is off this time then no biggie tonight.

    I think some cold spots tonight could make a run for 20-25. 33 here this AM. People in colder locations who have turned their outside water back on may want to turn it off.

    I was grumpy and getting ready to watch the Mav's tank commander theo pinson as the season ends. Lol. Mav's are all going out after the game for a WEMBY's frosty.

    Lanco is running neck and neck with Miami, Florida with less a 1" difference I believe and both areas seeing snow at some point.

    Mid to upper 40's for highs here tomorrow. Wearing a vest or long sleeve shirt in almost Mid Apr. Worried about a killer freeze Sat night/Sun AM. Sterling just issued an Easter freeze watch: ...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures around 24-28 degrees to the west of the Blue Ridge and around 28-32 degrees east of the Blue Ridge are possible.

    My contact at USGS emailed and said they are already doing the math for next Thursday drought map and the results are not good.

    75 here. The cold front is coming. It is in the low to mid 50's in Beford. FYI, I think you mowed your grass too low!
