  1. Some credit to the Suites that said east of the Susky was the place to be.
  2. Let's see your locale and mine both break 2" by Tue. Like I mentioned earlier, one Hanover spotter I know only recorded .05". Slightly south of Hanover.
  3. MDT may dip into the mid to upper 60's. They are getting radar hammered with a gust to 43.
  4. My point on posting that was the one place it was green while red surrounding it. LOL.
  5. Yep, I am confident my grass is getting watered in the next few days. Interesting in that the meso's right now are focusing on nighttime overnight Friday and Saturday vs. late day heating. I had commented earlier that this is a situation I do not remember the LSV area getting into all summer...a stalled front for focus of mesoscale rain for days.
  6. Yea, I am watching the cells appear imminent for people then get sucked dry by another one off to the north that takes over. Some people are getting slammed with no rain approaching and just having downpours form right over them.
  7. @Itstrainingtime the radar has you surrounded, lets see you get out of this one dry! (Not counting what you had an hour ago). A spotter in Hanover tallied a whole .05 so she almost accomplished it.
  8. The storm over East Berlin is so loud, it is thundering moderately way over here from it. MDT down to 72...their new low for the day. LOL
  9. 3 wildfires burning in Smithsburg, MD due to lighting strikes outside the rain area of the storm. Hopefully will be contained.
  10. MDT could get their low for the day in the next hour or two.
  11. Check the radar over the last 60 min and watch what went wrong here. LOL. We did get .01" and actually a few hail pellets. Maybe that same area of cells you mentioned clips me.
  12. That line of storms is the heatwave breaker according to most progs. Temps stay in the 80's tomorrow on most suites even in the SE LSV...as we head into a drought denting weekend.
  13. Powerhouse line forming in Adams, Cumberland and Perry Counties. Skipped over us so far but down to 73 in the outflow.
  14. And here we go...moving North by North East
  15. 85 here at noon. Initially it was going up faster today as we were over 80 before 10AM but clouds have held it back a bit now.
  16. Not sure we have had one situation this past summer where a front hung over or near PA like is forecasted the next 3-5 days.
  17. Yea, it only takes a matter of days or maybe a week with no rain to ditch the grass when it is getting full sun. We have only had 1/4" of rain since Aug 14th.
  18. 12Z HRRR has some fairly hefty activity this afternoon but most East of the Susky. 3K more generous to the D1 drought areas in Adams and Franklin.
  19. Some smaller cells did go through Western Franklin County up into the MSV last night. May be related.
  20. 66 for the low this AM. Warmest morning of the heat wave.
