This stands to be the sunniest of the dozens of Severe Watches this year. There is hardly a cloud in the sky above.

Haha. Right now with all these rain reports it is mostly sunny and hot here. First 90 day in a long time. Until I get rain, it is a major drought.

Several runs are still 2-4 or 3-6 for Debby. I would expect some flooding in the non drought areas.

I saw this acknowledging I use models for my own benefit, but with the prevalence of model sites, it portends to a lot of little NWS's around.

But do they send out such graphic alerts like Debby is nailing the whole Southeast? She must have tired of living in Dallas.

The average high on Aug 22nd is 84 so 87 at 2PM is very much summer. But like I said yesterday, it is possible today is the last 90's day for some. Much rarer to get in the 90's in Sept. Then again, the models could be wrong.

Most models have very heavy rain both tonight (especially East) and Friday later.

Pretty unanimous 2-5" across models now for much of PA. A bulk coming late Friday into Sat. This is on top of 2-4" TONIGHT on some mesos before the main area of Debbie gets here.

"South Mike" it is not like you to invite snow maps. Did you dig into the rum raisin today? Anyway, I have one that covers 3 bases....a snow map on Pillow.

The only time I worry is when I post a Pivotal map and a WB map goes up under the premise of "here are the real accums." Makes me end up doing the same and suggest Pivotal is real. Let's face it, whichever maps post the lowest snow totals have been the rights ones recently.

Yep, that was my thought too. Plus, flooding will continue for a while.

I hope so. With that said I was not going down to Thursday.

The irony is thick. You have been a winner this year, yet it makes you a not happy winner.

I just had a quick foot procedure but also want to mow before rain. Mow #12 on the year. And I am going to have to risk tomorrow afternoon.
