  1. We had a super extended Fall in my eyes. Now, bang, right into Spring/Summer. And probably a bad mosquito/gnat and our friend the spotted laternfly season. Add in allergies, heat, high DPs and we're entering a dismal period. Severe weather is the only bright spot and that's not guaranteed. I'd pay to FF right to September... https://www.audacy.com/kywnewsradio/news/local/mild-winter-expedite-2023-spotted-lanternfly-season 27F
  2. Think Philly has .3" which is tied for 2nd or 3rd crapiest season snow total on record. Ugghh... 31F
  3. Think the winds are howling stronger now than anytime today and consistently... 33F
  4. 33F and coming down at a good clip but not even trying to stick. Unproductive snow...
  5. You can tell it's a really wet snow...sticking to the sides of trees/branches. 34F/Snow
  6. If I heard correctly, Action News at 10pm (Ch17) only going w/3-6" for the Poconos and a grassy coating for Allentown.... 37F/Cloudy
  7. I think the winds w/12" (wet snow) will be more of a factor than the snow itself... Down to 38F here:
  8. Any snow ratio will be horrible and won't stick to hard/paved surfaces....horrible. Nice little intense batch heading toward PSU. May have to get my "snow fix" watching their webcam. PSU: 36F/DP 28F
  9. Myself also. Pretty sad we're taking the "under" on a "inch", lol. But hey, "Weather rate" rates them as most accurate....la dee dah. I'm more excited about the wind advisory tomorrow... 40F/Shower
  10. WIND ADVISORY ISSUED: 4:09 PM MAR. 13, 2023 – NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TUESDAY TO MIDNIGHT EDT TUESDAY NIGHT... * WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern and southern Delaware, northeast Maryland, central and southern New Jersey and east central and southeast Pennsylvania. NBC10 snow map. Nothing real exciting... 41F
  11. Outlooks are pretty much a waste. We can't even get a 10 day outlook correct. Bos 50mph+ winds expected w/snow....sounds cool. 42F/Light rain
  12. I'll take this till Fall rather than 98F w/a DP of 75F, that sucks. Thank God not trash night...things will start whipping. 41F/Misty....heavier stuff closing in.
  13. That's practically drizzle. However, I think we get more. Thing is kinda blowing up offshore... 40F/Cloudy
  14. That's the only way it will stick to paved surfaces. With the gusty winds/flakes tomorrow it may be somewhat eventful. We're really scraping these days for anything. Not that far away should do well... 39F/Cloudy/Mist
  15. By golly, ready to crash for the night and wanted to check the temp. Said 37F snowing...hauled my old ass outta bed to look at my outdoor mega-light and yeah, flakes falling.
  16. God Bless. It's been a train wreck/disaster in my parts? Literally didn't have anything outside of 10 days to track? I practically gave up attention? Hoping for a cow flying/barn breaking Spring/below normal Spring/Summer season...damn, we need it. Hell, I'll take a twister and a couple premature hurricanes. Also, I'll take a power outage, huge transformer bright explosion, high winds blowing my trash cans all the around, hail damage. We need it... 41F
  17. We can't even get a 1-2"/1-3" Alberta these days. They were a dime/dozen back in the "days". "Get off my damn lawn"...
  18. We suck/sports this season. Phils, Birds and Union...damn, we can't get it together. I felt bad for the Mid Atlantic sub forum but we're just as bad winter wise these days.... 42F....looks like snow
  19. Not even a little...more excited about napping day coming soon! Big fan! Hell yeah! 35F https://www.wincalendar.com/Napping-Day
  20. Currently feels (temp/wind), sounds...some window howling/trees swaying (wind) like winter. Just lack of snow although Fri night/into Sat looks somewhat eventful. Overall, the next 10 days+ look to be at/below avg temp w/a shot at some frz precip. Not stellar but no blowtorch which is a plus... 38F/cloudy (Predicted low 28F)
  21. You really weren't asking for much but I assume this wasn't achieved? This winter has been brutal snow wise.... 33F/Cloudy
  22. Not much. A little slush/snow slid down to the wiper blades. Really pathetic. Winds going to crank somewhat as the days rolls along... 33F/Cloudy
  23. If correct, snow line way N at 1:20am, good old Jim Thorpe. 38F/light rain
  24. If you're currently in Levittown, I doubt it or question it. 46F here, don't think I get squat. Went out to get mail w/only a T-shirt...
  25. Had a burst of mainly snow about an hour or so ago, now rain and a little more breezy... 35F/light rain
