It's already out of here in Lanco and looks to be clearing up in Berks. Much earlier than I expected but this thing is hauling no doubt.
That's for sure.
I postponed doing a couple things this afternoon until tomorrow because I didn't want to deal w/the rain. But it's just about out of here...by 5pm latest.

Heading below freezing tomorrow night....woo hoo!

Glad I raked the leaves/mowed yesterday afternoon w/the partly sunny brief period. Today has been been a gloomy/misty mess before Zeta rains approach...
55F / DP 55 ....and little foggy.
* BTW: Zeta is a pretty cool tropical name. Nothing will beat Floyd since I'm a Pink Floyd fan and even TS Floyd nailed my area pretty good but Zeta is up there as far as names...

For shit's and giggles I dug through every time in snowed at PHL in October since 1884 and the corresponding winter totals. Outside of the 2 duds(72-73 and 11-12), it's actually fairly encouraging albeit a very small sample size.
So it has snowed(T or more) 15 times in October at PHL since 1884.
Most snowfall in a following winter was 41.8" in 1957-1958
Least was Trace(0) in 1972-1973.
Median of those 15 years was 20.9", right around average.
Mean of those 15 years was 22.3", a little above average.
Hell, I'll take that....sign me up.
I haven't seen a snow covered road in 18+ months. What little snow we received last year melted on contact...

After years of searching, I’ve finally found (and purchased) my dream cottage in Harrington, Maine!
It’s “off the grid” so now I need help finding the best solar cellular weather station and solar cellular security camera so I can keep tabs on things remotely when I’m not there!
Thank you for any thoughts you have!
Unfortunately I can't help but congrats!...Maine is beautiful, I visited once. I'm sure if you ask on this site or around you'll get the help you need.

Took a walk and sitting outside now and wow what a difference this air mass has on my breathing/respiratory system compared to recent days. It's quite refreshing and I hope it last...

Damn, I can't wait for the colder air to filter in tonight then a high of only around 50 tomorrow. Now that's football weather!

DP up to 69, this blows. AC will come on tomorrow. No way I'm watching the Birds when it's warm/muggy...it's gotta feel somewhat like Fall in the house.

Definitely feel the DPs today (currently 66) compared to the last week or so. I went outside thinking I'll get some fresh air w/a breeze. Neither, dead calm and muggy....

Glenn just mentioned Philly has only received .06" rain during the last 15 days. That's pretty sad...
