That's not my point at all. My comment was tied to a miss on forecasting on both Dec. 1 and Dec. 3. Each on their own verified greater than 24-hour warning amounts.
I was just looking at the BOX snow map.......the totals they're showing over 36 hours are about what some of us saw in about an hour during the Dec. 1 system. I guess that's one difference between a high-impact and low-impact event.
If .5 is the ceiling, I suspect most would escape much in the way of damage/major outages. It will look beautiful though and set the stage for the cool down later in the week.
