  1. Temps been 32-33 all day with steady lgt snow throughout the day. No additional accumulation. Still at 4” otg
  2. I’m almost certain that port jervis measurement was taken on Greenville tpke. Most of port jervis was 1-4”
  3. I took a weenie drive there lol. It’s about a 10 min drive to my west at 1200’. I measured 13” there. They were hit very hard
  4. Checked the board an hour ago and measured 4”. Elevation dependent is an understatement. I would say at 500’ you have a general 2-3” but above 1000’ there is 10+. I-84 from Middletown to port jervis is shut down. Greenville mtn is getting hammered. Buddy measured 12” up there at 1200’
  5. I live at 850’ with 4-5” of extremely wet snow. Down at 500’ it’s around 2”, drive up to 1200’ and there is about 10-12” all in a 5 mile radius
  6. 42f w/ 0.80” so far expecting 1-2” additional
  7. Some of the recent guidance has some intense banding tonight. Most of it is right through Orange County too. With those rates I think you may see some accumulation down to the lowest elevations ie near the Hudson. My guess would be 2-4” at 500’, 4+ aoa 750’, 6+ aoa 1000’
  8. Yeah.. 2 mile drive up rt 6 and you are at 1300’
  9. I was strictly referring to orange W of the walkill River. Areas like Otisville, Mount Hope, Port Jervis, Greenville Mtn area are mostly above 750’ and far enough W to benefit
  10. Areas aoa 750’ up here in Orange are def in for a nice surprise. 6”+ might not be out of the question. Above 1000’ I think might be a lock for those amounts
  11. What’s your take for Orange County from Middletown westward along I-84? Modeling has trended colder for tonight
  12. 18z GFS is a big time event for all of Sussex county, NEPA, most of Orange County. The retrograding & stalling aspect of this event is giving me Snowicane vibes. Snow W of the Hudson w/ rain in New England
  13. I can see areas in Port Jervis near Greenville mtn ( 1300') cashing in, Highland Lakes down in NJ def doing well. That's def a weenie spot for elevation events
  14. As of right now if im in Sussex county, Western Orange, Pike, Sullivan I would be preparing for a heavy wet snow event. Most of those areas are elevated as well.
  15. I would love to be in Rock Hill for this one.. 1500' of elevation should benefit them lovely with this setup
  16. Damn 12z Euro is a full fledge snowstorm up here after 1" of rain.. Almost every piece of guidance has measurable snowfall in these parts
  17. Extreme western Orange, N Sussex above 1000' are looking at a plowable snow event.
  18. I think at the very least flakes in the air for most in these parts
  19. Upton is hinting at the possibility of snow up here in this mornings AFD
  20. Finally a day that feels like late fall here.. 1pm - 41° overcast
  21. elevation got me here.. Only down to 26° here
  22. Most places in & around Warwick are currently below freezing
