12 degrees here in Ocean County, NJ. -8 at Deep Creek with -37 wind chills. Super legit cold.

The wind has a bit of a freight train sound here whipping through the tall trees in our neighborhood. Super neat.

Down to 4.9 degrees in McHenry. Just turned the heat up more. We turned the water off when we left two weeks ago so hopefully no frozen pipes when we get there Monday.

Impressive temp drop. It was pretty cool to see winds go from the S at 3 mph jump to 10-20 mph from the W then NW as the temps started to crash. Down 10 degrees in like 10-15 minutes.

Latest HRRR has the front crossing the mountains by 6a. Deep Creek drops to 12 degrees by 7a and -4 by 9a. Front is pushing through 95 at 9a.

The Buffalo area has been cleaning up this winter. They’re under a blizzard warning for another 2-3’ of snow with winds gusting 65-70 mph, wild.

Yep, even without any accumulations, it'll just be fun for the temp drop, wind, and snow flying in a squall. We're supposed to get on the road to NJ between 9a-10a...may delay that a bit to enjoy my flizzard!

lol at the fight about a new poster who lives 2 minutes across the border in PA, posting in this forum. y'all need to get a grip. we've seen actual trolls before in snowstorms (when we are raining or sucking cirrus) from PA/NJ/etc post in the mid-atlantic to 'rub it in'...this guy clearly isn't doing that. what is the big deal? The more, the merrier so this forum doesn't become Philly that is a ghost town. Tis' the season for kindness.
