I'm in Deep Creek this weekend so tracking this for out there. 18z GFS was 0.5-0.6" QPF frozen. Temps go above freezing shortly after 18z Saturday there.

Yep, pretty much locks up he'll be moving on. I worry about trading him and losing the playoff experience in a goalie behind Sam.

I think today will probably be a bad day around here. The opposite of the morning of a big snowstorm where it "has that feeling of snow in the air" -- it has the feeling of doom and gloom in the air here.

Completely agree, long way to go in the season but hard to start Holtby in goal if the playoffs started today. I was worried we’d be eff’d after Holtby moves on but not anymore....such a great future Samsonov has.

You smartly noticed that earlier today IIRC which was a good call & key feature to pay attention to. The slower onset really isn’t helping us....although these tend to come in quicker than modeled so there’s that.

We’ve been members there for about 4 or 5 years now...our favorite winery in the area for sure. Their sparkling Rose and reds are good & love their wood fired pizza! And I love the views there.
