  1. Interesting map but its odd that counties in the upper Midwest bordering each other have January and July results. It'd make more sense if the months were close to each other.
  2. 36 at Deep Creek. 44 here in Arlington.
  3. BWI: 10/26 IAD: 10/27 DCA: 11/9 RIC: 11/9 TB: 86
  4. Guessing 36 here too. Feels more like October!
  5. I’m sure it’ll be 95 on Oct 7 but enjoy this nice taste of fall while we all can!
  6. First fire of the fall in the wood burning stove.
  7. Can you come out here and help split the pile I’ve got? I’ll pay you with IPA.
  8. 56 for the high. 54/35 currently. Did a 4 mile hike in the southern part of Garrett county today — perfect fall day! Now time for a bourbon cocktail and get the fire pit going.
  9. Be honest. You wear old bay cologne
  10. Dropping like a rock. 49/45.
  11. I’m sitting on the deck, in a hoodie, with pumpkins out and I’m drinking a spicy margarita. Odd choice of a HH cocktail given the weather but oh well. HFHH!
  12. NWS Pittsburgh issued a Frost Advisory tonight for Garrett & Eastern Tucker counties.
  13. That’s how much rain I’ve had all month. Wow!
  14. High and dry here. Definitely could use the rain. 57/56.
  15. I could use the rain out here.
  16. I got the Davis Vantage Pro 2 about 2ish years ago and have been happy with it. The quality is very good but I do wish their interface & indoor screen/console were brought up to date. It’s pricey but IMO worth it.
  17. Ready to track first flakes! 49 here.
  18. I’m not even sure I could round up to an inch last winter.
  19. High of 62. Currently 55/49. Noticing more and more leaves making the turn. The Fall Foliage Prediction Map has the mountains as "Partial" right now - I'd probably say we're a few days from that honestly. BTW - what a difference a year makes! High on 9/15/19 here was 80.
  20. Not saying we'll have a blockbuster winter but I put no faith in these seasonal forecasts.
  21. Down to 58/49 here. Might need to have the first fire of the season tonight.
  22. 63/56 with a breeze out of the WNW. Definitely feels like fall.
