41F here and have a shot at touching 50 for the first time since December 19th. Telling all my friends winter is over and it's safe to put away the shovels!

I just walked out to the Saugerties lighthouse - their station is at 8F with 44 mph gusts. I could only stand being on the water for a few minutes before it really started to suck

yeah, I have a leak in my house presumably from the gutters, even with (or maybe because of) the heating wires on. It's a pain.

Just picked up another half inch of fluff, bringing my storm total to 14.6". The sun is shining through now and really making everything glisten. 43.9" on the season now. Hopefully the road to 100 comes into clearer view next weekend

13.8" in Saugerties with the first actually fluffy snow of the storm falling now. Maybe I can find another inch overnight

Only now at 5" up here. It's a dry but dense snow, so hopefully snow growth improves a bit with some further moistening of the mid levels

There's definitely a lot of variability out there already. I did a little sightseeing up to Round Top and found some hollows that were lucky to have a couple inches on the ground

Lots of 2" reports in the area and I'm about to hit 6", amazing how that works

3.6" here already and coming down nicely still. I haven't done too much mesoscale digging but would guess I'm getting some nice mountain enhancement

Another 0.9" last night after 1.3" on NYE, bringing me up to 20.2" for the season. The pack fresheners have been nice lately
