Hoping the Royals can grab the 5 seed. I like the Os chances vs them as opposed to the Tigers…..they’ve been on a tear in the 2nd half.

lol. I’ve had the AC off 3 straight days in August. This is glorious.

Os are making me sad. After tonight, they’ll be 16-17 in the 2nd half and haven’t won 3 straight in nearly two months.

Re: the Os…..they really need to find a way to hold it together through the Dodgers series. These next few are tough and then the schedule eases a bit. 6 of 7 series after playing in LA vs teams not in the playoff race.

Heat index of 97 at Dulles and 99 at Frederick airport. And DCA has hit 97. Soak it in.

Issues are similar to last year, but it appears the mini stretches of struggles are more prolonged this yr. They need a starter, a reliever, and another bat to help with the bottom of the lineup. Idk if that means bringing up Mayo or Norby or trading for it but it’s needed. Os fans just have to accept that this means the farm system will take a hit.

Seems like most years now the DC fireworks are ruined by stagnant air. Part of the reason I stopped going….not dealing w those crowds just to get smoky pics.
