    Pleasant this morning. Low of 48 in Canaan.

    T&L w rain off and on since 3am. BWI reporting .60 as of 454am.

    Nothing tops the ‘96 blizzard for me. We had just moved from Baltimore to southern york county, pa. Our housing development was very much in progress and our section was mostly open fields sans the few houses that had been built. The drifts that occurred with that storm were incredible. I distinctly remember it taking many days before a front end loader finally cleared our road and created a mountain of snow at the end of our street.

    Looks smoky tomorrow. Possibly worse for those along the M/D line.

    If they play .500 or just above that in the next two weeks they’ll be in a great spot. Really tough stretch into early August.

    Timing of the return is right though. He needs to prove he has command of his ball against good competition….possibly the dodgers AND rays or they need to get an arm before the deadline to fill that void.

    Their home schedule after the break is really nice with series against the Dodgers, Mets, Cards, and Astros in addition to the AL East teams. Hoping they don’t tail off after the break because late summer could be really exciting.

    Globals are relatively dry for the next 7-10 days. Looks like our first legit pool weather days later this week.

    Guidance has been fairly consistent w minimal rain in your neck of the woods.

    Global roundup…..euro, gfs, cmc all showing a dry sat/sun for most north of 66, which is nice to see. High res NAM does have some shower activity later in the day Sunday. last nights weather at the Os game was perfect despite the outcome.
