NAM says you could throw a rock over 66 standing on dry pavement and the rock will land in 3” of snow.

My power was 445p til 1202am. Especially frustrating given that the neighborhood on the other side of the woods behind my house never lost it. Big chunks of Odenton/crofton were in the dark last night.
