This month has sucked.

Well it does look wet too. But the mean to me looks warm and dewy overall. Maybe some hot days, maybe a day where it’s cool and rainy?

This is a tough setup to model QPF. Every model and every run will be different to a point. But seems like many areas 1"+ anyways. Probably some with 3"+.

I know in these parts July and Aug are more for peak here. Hell my best storm was at the end of Aug last year with wind damage.
