  1. Looks like 2" over Tblizz's E-Coli well on the 3K NAM.
  2. For most of us. Even for you, it's on the fence...although not sure what your expectation is.
  3. Oh that was updated late December. In that case, yeah writing on the wall for Jan first half at least.
  4. NAM goes east, not a surprise given the 6z outlier. Glad I stayed conservative.
  5. I didn't see that, so if that is the case, good call. It's been a protracted rusty coat hanger for sure.
  6. You can see it at 700. I was playing around with the H7 winds and there is a nice jet there into PA. That weakens and then the offshore one takes over like you said. So the precip sort of shrivels up as it moves east before re-developing to the south.
  7. Yeah they aren't really flagging a big surprise quite yet. RAP always seems to be too far NW after hr 18 or so and that is borderline to like the canal for larger stuff right now.
  8. It's been brutal since like 12/18. That will be a solid one month hiatus.
  9. As one would expect, EPS is better too. Real close call.
  10. H7-H5 is very nice in SE on the NAM. That's a blitz, but it's also the NAM. Euro did look nice there on the rt 44 corridor.
  11. Nah I feel good about it being better. I suppose that's not outlandish...lol...but it will most certainly be favorable for winter weather. Is it great? I don't know..but it will be more favorable.
  12. I think we'll finally get a better pattern in here after next week. I can't say for certain how good it will be, but most certainly better than what we'll have coming up.
  13. It's a combo of us giving guidance too much credit and fast flow. There has been some short term moves, but every winter features that. I think we have too much data on our hands and expect guidance to be better than it is. The progressive nature lately also does not help.
  14. The Pacific improves and some ridging into E-Ctrl Greenland may help. I suppose one of these cutters after this weekend could trend more wintry, but I think it's better to just expect a hostile look for next 10 days or so. If something breaks for the better...sweet.
  15. It's amazing because 8/10 times I look at the synoptics when this is in DC and say we are going to get smoked. But that streak to our north seems like it wants to prevent that. Otherwise I'd be all in. Hence the term went to the shitter. If you are excited about snow less than 1" then I suppose many may still want to keep their eyes open. Close call here locally. I could see a half inch or 4" LOL. I'll still go with an inch or less locally unless things change. It's close. Mid level magic is nearby.
  16. No melt, it's the shitter for most. I never wavered down near the Cape. We'll see how far it can come NW.
  17. 6z euro is pretty nice for SE MA. Best run yet there.
  18. It is, and gets S of BOS really nice lift into the DGZ. That would certainly be a few inches. I don't know if I trust it.
  19. This weekend is toast. Maybe ice in central and NNE late Saturday night.
  20. Litttle critter went to the shitter for most of us. srn RI to the Cape may grab some decent snows.
  21. Time to take a break from winter. Good time to get stuff done until 1/20 or so. I'll tip my cap to Kev..that date may work out despite it being a WAG.
