I’m up in the lakes region and I’ve never seen it this dry. Usually convection is enough up here to keep things green. Not this year.

On top of the other day when you had over 0.6 or whatever. Not bad.

Yeah srm areas with cooler 850s and proximity to ocean helps. But go 20-30 miles off the south coast and it’s been darn warm. The true torch is up north. We know they love this.

I will say the bulk of big heat looks to be west of us in early July. Maybe it’s one of those things where an ocnl EML breaks off and torches us for a day in an otherwise very warm pattern.

Covid changed me. I just want to be outdoors, socializing etc. Give me nice beach weather with the sun shining and warm breezes and it’s freedom. I can’t deal with crap weather and staying indoors. I’m not a hermit. I’d give my left one to just have beers with y’all. Maybe someday.
