Yeah we may have to watch a couple of areas. One may be out west in the high terrain as the s/w pivots in...and then another area with an inv trough sliding down from Maine. That may try to get eastern areas. It’s quite cold at 925 tomorrow night.
BTW, yesterday was the anniversary of a sick nor’easter. Blue hills gusted to over 100 mph and the interior got buried with over 20” in ORH county. Even eastern areas had TSSN. As a side note, it ripped a plume of Tippy Sonoran heat and got Brownsville TX to 106 the day prior. It probably helped fuel it. There was also a major tornado outbreak in the Carolinas. The 80s sucked for winters overall, but there were notable late season storms.
Yeah Logan may be a degree or so too cool, but it’s been much more accurate. May even be getting better as time goes on based on the graph Will posted.
I get a lot of sun. If I had a lot of woods or more sheltered, it would look more like winter. My folks always comment how we are so far ahead of them. Sun ftw. Except when dealing with snowpack, ftl. I don’t radiate either so what is 29 in sheltered areas is like 35 here.
My lawn is greening. It’s not even close to lush, but forsythia are in bloom, magnolias coming out, hosta coming up, and other species of flowering trees that are flowering. I’ve never seen vegetation like this so early.
