Seems like the outer cirrus is ever so slightly trying to expand east a bit and maybe an eye trying to pop.

That’s the band that flipped me back to snow with about 2” of mash potatoes. Just to my SW had like 5” from that. Real impressive. I have a Ginxy cell pic of that because the snow was getting on the camera lol. I’ll find it.

Yeah we didn’t do as well as others did inland, but fun event. I’d take that any day in the early season.

That is true. Can't hide that. One of the most vicious 3 hr periods I've ever seen. Brian was disrobing to the melted liquid in the MQE ASOS. 16.5" IIRC in that one. Most of that in 3 hrs.

That was a hell of a month. One of the most damaging months we'll have in a long time. Between wind, cstl flooding, trees/outages etc....a hell of a month.

Never heard of the CHIPS before.

Right, the eye may get a bit larger, but it's a fairly small storm in terms of radius of max winds. But, it's very intense.

I think Cozumel is very much at risk. I wouldn't chance it.

It's a tiny storm so it really will need a direct landfall over one of the resort towns to have a huge impact. Hopefully it just misses them.

Euro has had an awful west bias this season with all tropicals across the globe. Not good at all this season.

Not the most classic looking on IR. Sort of oblong shaped with it being squeezed from the east. Not sure if that ridge pushing in will have an effect or not.
