That's how I felt in 2015. Each s/w that looked benign dropped 1-3 lol. It is an awesome feeling for sure. Great pics. We jelly.

I thought each day had a chance? I know you had that rogue band the other day. Cold air aloft, but thicknesses not brutal mean moisture in the air and the mtns squeeze it out. You won't have these when it's -30C at 850.

Yep, I see the warming on that side too. I'm glad to see it warp and displace a little. There is a brief split, but it comes back so to me....I don't see it as a true split. Just good to see it knocked around like Will said.

You go to the Cape and walk into a pub mentioning December 9 2005 and it's like that scene on Pee Wees Big Adventure when he walks into the bar and says "Large Marge sent me." People turn around and stare at you, spit out food, drop forks onto ground from shock etc.

Might be two chances next week. The follow up wave which seems like a more of a thread the needle with both antecedent air and the fact that it's quick on the heels of the weekend storm. Wednesday night may be another chance with a separate s/w rounding the trough.
