  1. The twitter comment was to Anthony who unfortunately sees all the nonsense posted from people who just throw crap out there. Social media can be great, but there is a lot of nonsense out there.
  2. You just seem like a pro snow person who doesn't like to hear otherwise. Christmas was great, tuned out the funeral in here.
  3. I'm fine, but this place is not. I feel bad. I'm certainly content. There's more to life than snow. Hopefully REH knows that.
  4. Because weenies end up getting their hopes up and then whine incessantly when it doesn't go their way. Look at the last two days. Place is unreadable. I almost feel bad as it seemed the Grinch storm took precedence over the Christmas Holiday itself with some people. A shame.
  5. Because people are delusional. Other than the GFS, I don't see much hope for colder outcomes especially down here, but even CNE perhaps. Maybe a little frozen on the front end? I dunno...I feel like the Grinch storm made everyone insane.
  6. So we just run with the models we trash the most? I would highly advise not getting excited in CNE or SNE right now. JMHO.
  7. This should be your 6th or 7th ice storm call. Lets see how it shakes out.
  8. GEFS are warm too. I dunno, some of you have gotten delusional.
  9. It's usually one of the best for that.
  10. Until the EPS comes on board, I don't really buy it. For SNE anyways. NNE has a chance.
  11. EPS continues looking crappy.
  12. That’s gonna produce in NNE. Maybe interior SNE ice too.
  13. It went right into Quebec. Quebec likely had way more snow and water content in it, vs December. Nothing really tops those series of cutters. The whole northeast had major river flooding.
  14. LOL 1996 wiped away a ton and was much more intense.
  15. Yeah you're honest with that for sure.
  16. I actually enjoy that forecast. Just put your balls out there and make the call. See what happens.
  17. Yeah I enjoyed Christmas Eve as well. Similar vibe. At least that aspect of Christmas was enjoyable.
  18. A lot of people like myself enjoy winter. I find it rather depressing to have temps in the 40s and 50s with rain or hell even bare ground. There's nothing quite like a snowy landscape. And obviously for people like you and I, this is typically expected. What compounds it, is when people see nothing but a crappy pattern for winter enthusiasts, as far as we can go out with any sense of accuracy.
  19. A lot of interior CT into MA is what I meant. Roughly 495 down to 84. Probably not as far east as you. It's good to put things in perspective too.
  20. I guess in the end it didn't matter as the srn stream hung back and sent the storm north, but maybe an icing set up for the north country?
