  1. Canadian moved quite a bit north at 12z. Gets some snows into the region.
  2. Quick and to the point. We like.
  3. Pac shuffle, but I thought it was shuffling to something a little more favorable. You aren't going to go weeks without avoiding them. That's just how it goes.
  4. Once that rises it will be cutter season. I don't see a happy medium. Just hope PAC just gets less + tilted.
  5. The have and have nots in this thread. Rather striking.
  6. We have them all over. Like Will said, one night we heard them having a party of yelps and howls...like they got something. One of them took my neighbor's chihuahua right in from of him back in 2019. Was an awful thing to see. I don't have much woods at all around me, so these things are living with the human population rather nicely.
  7. 10" difference in about 10 miles as the crow flies. That was a deformation dandy with some OES, especially just to my SE. 40:1 fluff that made me realize how annoying fluff is 12 hrs after it falls and compacts in half.
  8. Tough to say who looks good and who doesn't this far out. But I will gladly take any snow from those who don't want an advisory's worth.
  9. I wouldn't call it noticeable. Ukie has some snow too. For 5-6 days out, there is plenty of wiggle room.
  10. Looks like just offshore was good. Not as much popped over the land except for these numerous SHSN.
  11. Our family cousin up there is certainly enjoying his time in Waterbury. They moved from Winooski. He’s at Sugarbush quite a bit, almost every day.
  12. I thought you said normally you want to take away snow if you can’t have it.
  13. He just posted how awesome the skiing is. Had about 15-16” since Saturday which I assume is similar to Jspin.
  14. That’s from 12-6pm right? I ask because family lives in the bury. I’m curious how they did.
  15. LOL by Canton? Yeah.....the poor people back in the day visiting with no GPS. Terrible road design.
  16. Gfs looked better. Come on 2/2/15.
  17. I agree to a point. I grew up in Brockton and went to public school through 8th grade. I went to private HS at Coyle and Cassidy in TAN. By no means is Brockton a good school system. However, it's what you make out of it, and the teachers that are there. My junior high was like the movie "Lean on Me," but the teachers busted our chops. I honestly felt junior high was one of the most grueling academically. I had lots of homework and the teachers genuinely cared in my level. Where I am now also isn't the greatest school system, but in a community like this, some schools do perform better than others. We were fortunate to have my son go to a school that does rate very well. We purposely moved to this location hoping he would be be able to attend. It's not just teachers, but how much parents care too. This area has a lot of younger families starting out who really help drive passion and energy for the school. If you are looking at certain communities, check out how the individual schools rank as well.
  18. My family is from BOS. My dad's side is Italian and Portuguese. The Italians all went to the North Shore and turned places like Saugus into Rome with giant pillars on ranch style houses etc. The Irish in the city all went to the south shore. At first it was Quincy that turned into Belfast with the rolling Blue Hills reminding them of the homeland compared to Dorchester Heights. Then Plymouth county became the Irish Riviera as they call it. It's the truth, and probably why north and south shore have that distinction of rivals.
  19. Yeah those were disappointing locally. I was about 5 miles from getting double in 3/7/18.
  20. Since last night? How much since Saturday at the summit..well your snow stake?
  21. Impressive. Mtns making up for lost ground, but the areas away from the mtns need help.
  22. What was the storm total from the low itself?
