  1. Can't wait for Cantore to be on the Outer Banks next week.
  2. I think wind is a huge issue. Just look at the mtn when you pass by. The snow just blows off. They should get good upslope, but the face of the mtn is classic for blowoff IMO.
  3. It's all part of climo. We average what we average because of good patterns, bad patterns, good luck, bad luck etc.
  4. January 2008? I don't have a loop of that, but there are definitely sites that archive and would display it.
  5. Canadian moved quite a bit north at 12z. Gets some snows into the region.
  6. Quick and to the point. We like.
  7. Pac shuffle, but I thought it was shuffling to something a little more favorable. You aren't going to go weeks without avoiding them. That's just how it goes.
  8. Once that rises it will be cutter season. I don't see a happy medium. Just hope PAC just gets less + tilted.
  9. The have and have nots in this thread. Rather striking.
  10. We have them all over. Like Will said, one night we heard them having a party of yelps and howls...like they got something. One of them took my neighbor's chihuahua right in from of him back in 2019. Was an awful thing to see. I don't have much woods at all around me, so these things are living with the human population rather nicely.
  11. 10" difference in about 10 miles as the crow flies. That was a deformation dandy with some OES, especially just to my SE. 40:1 fluff that made me realize how annoying fluff is 12 hrs after it falls and compacts in half.
  12. Tough to say who looks good and who doesn't this far out. But I will gladly take any snow from those who don't want an advisory's worth.
  13. I wouldn't call it noticeable. Ukie has some snow too. For 5-6 days out, there is plenty of wiggle room.
  14. Looks like just offshore was good. Not as much popped over the land except for these numerous SHSN.
  15. Our family cousin up there is certainly enjoying his time in Waterbury. They moved from Winooski. He’s at Sugarbush quite a bit, almost every day.
  16. I thought you said normally you want to take away snow if you can’t have it.
  17. He just posted how awesome the skiing is. Had about 15-16” since Saturday which I assume is similar to Jspin.
  18. That’s from 12-6pm right? I ask because family lives in the bury. I’m curious how they did.
