    What does the timing in MA look like? I was expecting an all day Tuesday thing but the models now seem to be showing the primary impact Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning.

    That cell last night was really odd. I was under 50 dbz on the radar, constant lightning, but not a single drop of rain. How does that happen?

    Ok. Good news for me. It’s absolutely dumping here now.

    Looks like another cell is going to form right over my head. Which means the folks just to my east will get some nice rain. The way it goes this summer.

    Same here except it was under a mile. At least my town water supply got a drink.

    Another day - another soaking for everyone within 5 miles of my house in all directions, but nothing here. All I’m asking for is a third or an inch or so. Is that unreasonable?

    Of course all this rain is going to narrowly miss me. Of course.

    Pouring rain a quarter mile from my house. I haven’t had more than a tenth of an inch of rain in 5 weeks. Getting to be a problem.

    I’m in Westford. It was about 5 minutes of insane wind followed by complete calm. Too dark to tell right now, but I don’t think we have any downed trees. It sounds like the worst of it was about 3 miles from my house.

    Moderate snow here. Sleet line is about 5 miles south of me.

    Snowing good here but I’m not so sure about cancelling school. Roads are dry right now and things look to be clear by dismissal. My town did the right thing and waited until the morning. And then they made the wrong call. Too bad for my son who had a school party today.

    Surprising here. We had about 10 on the ground yesterday morning according to our in-town spotter. Probably added a couple during the day yesterday and I just removed at least 6 more from the driveway just now. That band that came through in the morning meant business. The HRRR had it for a while yesterday but then lost the idea last night.

    Yeah the bulk of this For eastern areas is in the early morning tomorrow. Not overnight.

    I think most would like this HRRR to verify. It just spins for 6 hours tomorrow morning.

    That’s a different solution. It takes forever to develop then just goes to town in the gulf, even backing up a bit.

    Started snowing here in Westford about a half hour ago. Just as I was hammering in the driveway markers and making sure the snowblower was good to go. Sticking incredibly fast.

    Check out this morning’s discussion on BOX. They basically said the criteria has to do with rate and they weren’t sure it met the threshold.

    Yeah much later. I gave up on it on Tuesday morning, but that’s when it gets organized. At that point, it’s really motoring though. Doesn’t stick around long enough to have much of an impact.
