  1. Late to the party, but I registered a 95 (94.8) yesterday afternoon. Wasn't expecting that kind of heat up here.
  2. Flat bottomed clouds, they make the weather world go 'round....
  3. It's not only the Phillies who fell off the cliff (so to speak) this second half. The Yankees and Orioles records have taken a hit as well. All three teams had .600+ win/loss percentages and were vying for best record in baseball. All three have come back down to earth over the past month or so.
  4. Getting the staples removed from the head gash I got last week. It's a catch-22, though. I want them out, but not looking forward to the pain that may be inflicted by the procedure.
  5. This is true, though. The highs and lows (68/46) the next couple of days are typical mid-January temperatures in Phoenix.
  6. With it being so blustery, it feels more like the day after a winter storm than mid/late August.
  7. They were, weren't they? At the same time Flagstaff had an epic 22/23 winter, and 23/24 wasn't too shabby, either.
  8. Imagine how I feel. I've got to re-acclimate after two winters away.
  9. Tuesday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 48. Northwest wind 6 to 9 mph. Wednesday Mostly sunny, with a high near 70. Northwest wind 5 to 7 mph. Wednesday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 48.
  10. Just checked multiple PWS along 22 from Fogelsville to Bethlehem, and all of them in the 3-4 inch range.
  11. I-78 corridor from Hamburg to Easton is getting rocked right now.
  12. As I figured, more rain to the east of me. Here at the house we got 0.48", but areas along and east of the Schuylkill/ Carbon County line got between 1.5 and 2 inches.
  13. Picked up a quick half inch, and we were on the western periphery of the storm complex. Points east probably got more.
  14. Getting a bit of good rain with a few rumbles of thunder now.
  15. No sun here, but it did get noticeably brighter out. More muggy, too.
  16. Winter Storm Watch to Winter Weather Advisory to Nothingburger... In that order.
  17. I was just gonna ask, where's my rain? CTP had me down for 1-2 inches, but it's nowhere to be found.
  18. Wow! That's quite the difference between locations. So far, today's tally is 0.15"
  19. I thought Sunday was supposed to be the big rain day, but then I see this... Today Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm, then showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. High near 73. Southeast wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible. Beyond that, the high end of my point and click forecast is 4.5" by Monday.
