Their pours are rather pricey. I think it was $34 for 4. $8.50 a pop. Wachusett Brew Yard (not as good, but lots of choices, some fairly good) has $5 pours
I considered getting a couple of bottles of that. I was being a cheap idiot and was like “$11 per bottle...no way!” My much smarter wife reminded me on the drive home that I paid $15 for a pint of freakin Killian’s at a concert at TD Garden in June.
Dwope!
Wyman’s is an excellent store. I go there sometimes. If I could buy TH in a store I would. I can pretty much walk into Stone Cow or River Styx, both of which are very close, and get pours or cans.
I do like that the cans are not insanely priced. $3.50ish isn’t bad. We got some Bear and Julius. I could see going on weekdays early to grab cans, but it was a 45 minute drive. Beautiful facility. Great dogs
Like Ray has in his blog, the GA coast is a climo hole. Hard to get a storm to thread a needle like that.
I’m thinking 50% ish chance of a Carolinas hit, 45% OTS, 5% other...
I also wonder if their ASOS is running 2-3 degrees cool lately. My car thermo on Rte 2 used to match readings at the station pretty closely. Now it is a bit higher. For example, I saw 95F on the hill.
One of the least pleasant teaching days in 19 years for me as far as comfort. Even the lab I teach basic robotics in was swampy since the AC wasn’t working. The rest of the building was just foul.
Anyway, round two of minor thunderstorms swinging through. First rain in a little while. Ducked into the pool in between just to cool off a bit before evening activities.
Can’t wait for the weekend
