A lot of the New England scallop fleet will try and stay out to land scallops right before New Years for big auction prices. Hopefully some of the captains have common sense when 80-90 kts gets thrown around.

My wife was just asking where we're skiing this weekend. Definitely shopping covid restrictions and mountain openings. Wouldn't be surprised first big dump most mountains restrict to season pass holders/ikon only.

These are nantucket bay scallops. I paid wholesale $30/lb as a special for Thanksgiving. I ended up bringing 1 lb home for myself. They most certainly were on the first thanksgiving meal.
