  1. That cold shot is insane. It's 14 degrees with light snow in Memphis TN right now. My yard hasn't been that low this year, and I'm pretty sure hasn't been that low in at least a few years.
  2. I’ve got the snow pellets and sleet now-it appears to be moving east.
  3. 100 percent sleet now. Everything nicely coated in ice
  4. I will second this. Trees and bushes with a noticeable glaze here and one inch icicles hanging from my deck furniture. Coming down light to moderate
  5. If this qpf keeps up they are going to need an ISW here. Looks glazed out and freezing rain coming down moderately.
  6. Like the others I have light freezing rain. Radar looks good. Since it’s not snow I expect to get deathbanded in this event
  7. Yup, and RIC has more snow than me this year. Hell, some places in Texas probably have more snow than me too. If this keeps up I'm going to just go ahead and plant some palmetto trees in my yard. If we can't have winter, might as well pretend to be tropical.
  8. I was in that band and saw nothing, FWIW.
  9. Somewhere around an inch here. Light snow. Edit-closest to .75
  10. All snow now after a period of 100% heavy pingers and a mix.
  11. Pingers picking up in intensity. It won’t be long I hope
  12. Lol at this map. Definitely no snow here. I’m getting more sleet now though, cc line has sunk a bit
  13. That would have me 3 miles from the changeover line. Maybe I flip with heavier rates?
  14. I've got liquid precipitation, can't see flakes out the window.
  15. I’ve got a quarter inch on the ground. Everything except pavement white. Still light snow.
  16. Nice band, huge flakes. Grass and mulch turning white.
  17. Half inch (including slush). The grass is white. Feel like the rates have been decent and I haven’t flipped to rain, just unable to overcome the marginal temperatures.
  18. Looking at about a quarter inch on the grass and nowhere else. Congrats Germantown
  19. Woke up to a rain/snow mix, looks to be transitioning to snow fast
  20. When I lived in Charlotte from 2008-2011 I swear that happened every time. Congrats on the snow everyone
  21. If anything this is right where we want it. They do tend to come in more amped and NW than progged. But who knows.
  22. Models pretty much agree with 2-5 for my area, I’ll predict 2 for my yard and be happy with that. Agree that someone gets banded and jackpots, I’m going to guess the Howard and Montgomery county crowd for this one based upon surface track.
