I had some clearing for a while earlier...thought the sun was coming out but nope. Another nwf shower moved in over the past 10 minutes. And yeah, it's seriously cold. 21° with wind gusts in the 20s. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Amounts vary because of all the wind, but on average I found 11". There were a few spots that I'm gonna need the yardstick for. And it's still snowing. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Picked up close to 3.5" in the past 45 minutes. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Yeah this wind is intense. I'm concerned about losing power. The trees are moving a lot more than I like right now. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Closing in on 4" now and in an insanely windy snow squall. Just had a gust of 47! Temp has crashed to 23 now. What a great morning! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

It's pouring snow! Sticking to the ground now, already picked up half an inch or so. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Game on! Currently 30.8 with moderate snow and windy...sticking to elevated surfaces so far...the ground is already slushing over so it won't be long before its sticking there too. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Light snow now and 32.6. The wind is really cranking now, out of the N at 36 gusting to 51. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

I'm up too. Currently sitting at 33.6° with moderate to heavy rain and waiting for the switch over to snow at 4400' in Wolf. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

GSP mentioned thundersnow in the AFD this morning. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

This is so much better than tracking inversions lol. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Makes me wonder if GSP might go with WSWs in the higher elevations. 4" is the criteria I believe. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Yes it is! And we're almost into Nam range. Nice to have something to track. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

We've had snow 4 times with 2 dustings in Wolf Laurel. But that doesn't really count. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Hey look, another inversion! Wolf Ridge hasn't been able to make snow because this is happening just about every night with clear skies lately. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

It's a balmy 51° at 4400 in Wolf currently and 25° down at 2800 in Burnsville. I'm embracing the inversion and sleeping with the windows open lol. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Yes we were! Picked up over 15" from that event in my yard. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

At 735 it was 41.1° at my house. By 752 it dropped to 30.2° and is holding steady there. Unfortunately it looks like the best moisture is missing us to the north. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

The 12z gfs is looking nice for Sunday with 4-8" of snow in the border counties. I'm not buying it until I see it on the 12z run Friday. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

My NWS forecast now has some sort of frozen precip for Monday night-Wednesday night. With the way the pattern has been I'll count just seeing a few wet flakes as a win. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
