I saw that...I took that just to prove to him it wasn't all graupel like he insisted it was. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

Yes it is! I'm an okay swimmer. Really, I only got in deeper than chest deep by accident. My foot slipped just above some rapids and I went for a ride for a few hundred feet. Lesson learned. And I was on the Cane. The bite was on today, btw. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

I was standing mid river fishing when I got caught in one of those. Then the sun came out and it was great. Then it happened again. And again. And again. So i said screw it and went swimming too lol....I mean, I couldn't get any wetter! Btw...it was definitely not warm enough for that. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

I caught the eclipse with my phone at the AVL airport. I'm hoping Tyler had clear skies...he had enough gear with him in the POT to start his own obsevatory! Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

I appreciate that! I put in a few freezing cold miles on foot to get those! Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

We had about 1.25" of snow overnight at my house, more like 2-3" more up on the bald 1000' higher. Just enough for some nice photos! The first three are from yesterday afternoon around sunset. The last 3 are this morning. The last picture is some of the deeper snow I found on the lee side of the mountain...probably 10-12" right around where the wind dies off. Currently at 27 with moderate snow. Already over an inch on the ground, and things are looking healthy upstream. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

34.7 and light rain now. The hike up to the bald should be interesting after work! Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

Already down to 40°. GSP had us forecast to slowly drop to 39° by 5pm. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

Starting the day out at 51° with showers here in Wolf. The temps should start dropping soon this morning with the fropa. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

60's today here in Wolf. The second half of this week is going to be quite the shock to the system. The GFS and euro show a prolonged nwf event from Wednesday to Friday now with decent accumulations in the 4-8" range. I just want good fishing weather lol. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

That's an impressive troigh showing up for the middle of next week. As it stands now, it looks to be a decent chance for elevation dependent snow along the border on all guidance. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

After dropping to the lower 20's by 9pm, the wind died down allowing temps to climb back to the upper 30's around midnight and stayed there for the rest of the night here. Sitting at 44° currently. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk
