I'm easily over 16" now, I just had to suit up and trek to my drug addict neighbors to take their dog in, who was outside for over an hour barking in this weather, I'm shocked it doesn't have frostbite on paws, I was furious! but that trek was some waist deep drifts, damn -
pics are 1.5 hours apart and 4" different...12 hr measure at ~14" now still at 10°, wind gonna make it tough for final measurements tomorrow morning.

10°/8° just topped 13", still coming down, first time today we are out of the single digits temp wise, watching the echoes down to the SW moving up into CT, hopefully these rates keep until at least midnight, we'll definitely top 18" if so.

HRRR has this wrapping up here around midnight/1am, NAM, RGEM and others continue at least light snow well into the day tomorrow, have to see how that plays out, going out at 630 for a 12 hour measurement, despite crappy growth last hour, it's still 1/8th sm vis and piling up, albeit not as good as it would in great growth. happy if it ended now tbh ..

8°/6°...Approaching 10" rapidly, looks like 9.5 eyeballing the stick, but it's up to the bottom of the cars already, and half way up my truck tires, wind also increasing.

any reports of TSSN yet anywhere? also, just passed 7" and puking snow, at this rate I'll be at a foot by 6, if the rate keeps up.

just passed 6" absolutely choking flakes, SN+FZFG vis is a few hundred feet at this moment.

3°/0° and just past 5" and ripping, snow growth comes in and out but it's dense sand or awesome dendies, hours to go... looks like a lot of convection off the Delmarva, and appears some easterly inflow South of LI.

6 hr measure is 4.7", growth has been wavering between sand and excellent when bands move through, but vis is well under 1/4sm for hours now... and we just gettin started.

will do a 6hr ob clearing at 1245, expect to measure at least 4.5" by then, nice banding forming too.

just over 3" down, nice burst just coming through with that band, 0/0, impressive that we've actually saturated fully @ 0F her, and the temp keeps dropping. snow growth off and on good to great

3/0 actually getting colder, as snow growth wavers from good to putrid, but vis is about 1/4 and just over an inch down.

mod snow now, looks like nws pegged from RT 44/6 north with 20+, and there is thunder snow in the deep south, hopefully get to see that later, always a treat, not like catore elevations of estaticism but awesome nonetheless

5/-6 and light snow since 645, has been steadily increasing in growth over the last half hour.

odds that this lingers into the day on Monday for WOR folks, like appreciable snow, some have had it thrown back this far into the late afternoon, some wanna end it by noon with showers and flurries after, just wondering if I am cleaning during the day or just wait until Tuesday morning is all, what's the met consensus on that?

I know it's a ways off but holy crap the GFS run for the beginning of Feb, that's showing a true coastal closed, phased deep low... but it'll be gone by tomorrow. There has been good sigs around the 29th-3rd timeframe on all the guidance at some point, have to see what this one does first I guess.
