What a great day this turned out to be. Got woken up by what I thought was an explosion but ended up being that line of t-storms. It was not your typical thunder but more one of those static build-ups that leads to to tremendous bangs. Rain was nice too. Won’t go over well but we need the rain. The spring green-up just soaks up this moisture that it leads to ground level dryness and that leads to these flare ups of fire. Let’s quell that danger and also dampen the pollen.
Does not look great for outdoor activities for some for the next 3-5 days. We can all hold hands and get through this together for what we will receive on the other side.
What a great stretch to close this month. The rains helped immensely but we need more. The spring growth push still dried out the underbrush, so let’s throw in some solid soakers in the next couple weeks to subdue fire risk.
Not kidding. The views are spectacular. I was up on top of Zermatt in August. Beer and food was spectacular. I sat outside at mid-mountain with views of Matterhorn in front of me.
Understandable. We had piss poor water management last year that led to us having to tap into adjacent municipalities water to the tune of a $166k. I hope they do a better job this year placing restrictions on public water usage so we don’t have the same problem this year.
