  1. Canderson I also was surprised by the strong winds last night. Low here was 17 this morning. Definitely invigorating. We all have seen storms suddenly come together that we weren't expecting...keeping fingers crossed.
  2. Wife and me got caught in some white out conditions. Crazy how everything was covered within minutes. Just north of Lewisburg.
  3. I think the year was 2009. Twice a week I was getting clippers dumping 2-4" of snow. Not big snows but it all adds up. I love those clippers!! A lot of us in this forum have been here before the American WX. We have a good group!!
  4. Be nice to have a few cold clippers. This freezing rain slop isn't much fun at all. Radar for last nights storm.
  5. For me I'm thinking about 2.5" overnight. About the same amount that we had the other week. CTP I think has got burnt in the past and tries to stay conservative
  6. Off topic but enjoying the Chiefs/Bronocs game with all that snow. On CBS. Blizz kind of sparse with the models but it all adds up.
  7. Blizzard as warm as the temps will be aloft you have to wonder how much of that will be sleet. To me it looks like 2-3" of snow with a good amount of sleet mixed in. Let's see how things look tonight.
  8. Up here the road crews were out treating bridges this morning just before the onset. Depending on the location 29-31 degrees. Mag looks like you could be in a good spot for some snow this weekend.
  9. It's kind of crazy we just haven't had much cold air in place. Usually in this time period in December we have had a decent snow. Good Luck cutting your tree down.
  10. What's the deal withThursday & Friday how far is the snow going to push into western Pa. ?
  11. Snowing hard up here. No measurement tonight. Will checkin, in the morning.
  12. They must have read your post. @NWSStateCollege 42m #pawx Sleet and freezing rain are moving to the east this afternoon. However, the precipitation may stall before it exits the northeastern mountains and Poconos. It should then turn to snow, and accumulate through the night. pic.twitter.com/53SXOm2ow3
  13. Smoking 5 turkeys today, wind is making it interesting. Everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving!
  14. @NWSStateCollege 10h A very complex storm system looks like it will affect #PAwx this weekend. Mixed precipitation is likely with multiple changes of precipitation type possible between later Saturday into Monday. Too far out in time for any specifics. Stay tuned! This storm will affect travel. pic.twitter.com/b3RkaWKxqK
