thanks. Can the mixing valve be replaced easily if that is the source? Our shower is tiled.

Wife took a shower this morning in 2nd floor tub/shower and we noticed some water drops in the downstairs breezeway coming through the tongue/groove ceiling. . Bummer. My thought is it's likely a leak around the fiberglass tub drain or possibly the feed hose to the shower head. The shower head would be easy access at the wall, but if it's the tub drain, then I think I need to remove the T&G downstairs to get access. Anyone have to deal with this before?

Back porch. Side note, broken elbow surgery last month cost 25,000. Thankfully only responsible for 2K, but have to laugh at the cost of things. $300 for one bone drill bit of which I needed seven. Then the plate and screws in my arm cost 4400. Good stuff Sent from my SM-G981U1 using Tapatalk

with very little long term safety data. I got vaxed and I'm pro vax, but also respect the decision of those that don't want it because of limited long term data. Realistically, as a vax scientist, I'm pretty confident the mRNA vax's will prove to be safe long term, but just because FDA approves them now shouldn't magically seem like there may not be issues with them.

Did anyone ever play DID (digital image design) F22 ADF/Total Air War on the PC circa 1998? That game was ahead of its time with the graphics, realism.

we looked at volvos a few years ago and wasn't a fan of the interior. The V90 we purchased is very nice and easy to get comfortable with.
