    Yes. And there is nothing to argue anything but warm and rain at h5. It’s not like it’s off it’s rocker or anything. If you were putting money on the outcome you’d bet rain and warm.

    Oh yeah..but how early. If we can’t break cold records we can work on warm ones. I have never visited this thread but this year has snapped me like a dry twig. I know when to say when

    Wonder how early cherry blossoms will pop. Earliest I think is 15 March. They have to be swelling at this point. I mean it has not been really cold for really long basically at all this winter.

    384hr on GFS has 70. Two weekends from now. we should be mowing by then.

    It’s the AO that’s killing us. The real cold can’t penetrate to our latitude. Plenty of moisture but no cold to greet it. It’s the worst possible pattern and totally stable and persistent. Kiss of death.

    Sorry brother. That was a sad post to read. you never know it might turn around. March can be fun sometimes. Cram a winters worth of snow and ice into 10 days and then November is only 8 months away by then. The clock resets...along with hope

    That was fun for a couple of days anyway. Tough winter. I know we have had worse winters but this one seems particularly painful.
