It’s funny to hear other than snow on Christmas. I actually think the next runs of the GFS will look better because h5 looks promising. Christmas Eve wishing but I just have a feeling since I started HH early today

My temp never got above 32. I just went from SN to ZR...to me a flash freeze is winter warlock blowing over my yard and it’s frozen. We shall see but this is way better than last year when I think it was 65.

Merry Christmas Eve! I gotta admit I’m nervous about it. Mostly the sear part of it. The slow cook at 200ish should be fine. Christmas meal and the pressure is on. Today is just turkey. Ez pz. Lobster bisque is no easy task either I’m sure. But that is an all time favorite of mine. I’d come over for a bowl but I will probably be snowed in from the mega front.

Anyone have the idiot proof method for making med-rare prime rib? I make it every year for Xmas and you’d think I’d have it down to a science. I don’t. Tried oven off and high-low...
