    GEFS are pretty far SE. For Buffalo its long lost, still potential for you guys. Hoping it goes more inland to hit the Adirondacks.

    We miss the first storm Northwest, second storm into the south, and 3rd storm too far east. Also, no cold air around. Sounds about right. See you guys in 2 weeks.

    Look at all that cold air. I'm starting to realize unless we have a negative EPO we don't get arctic air in our region. We had a +PNA, -NAO, and -AO and still have issues getting cold. AGW is too strong.

    Won't be boring that's for sure. A garbage Pacific is preventing this from being a pretty epic pattern. Hopefully that changes in January as the La Nina weakens.

    This was the event I was talking about the other day where there was no LES in the forecast and we ended getting almost a foot of snow.

    I would prefer a major cutter for LES behind, don't see that in the cards though. The worst track is when it goes right over head. Too warm for snow in front and behind.

    It's been trending weaker and more south with each run.

    These temps have allowed HV to make lots of snow.

    Weren't severe side effects 0-4.6%? Also "severe" is relative. None of the side effects required hospitalization.
